Sweetwater: Coffee Table Book

Sweetwater is an amenity heavy residential community located in Sarasota, Florida.

Objective: Create a coffee table book for the Sweetwater Sales Center. The booklet should showcase community amenities, available floorplans, and included features.

Outcome: I incorporated the waves from the existing logo throughout the brochure to keep the design cohesive. The waves also give the design movement to represent all the activity available in the community. Floorplans are displayed with various elevation renderings for each.
